# Synchronised documentation

Guides and reference for Synchronised email orchestration for Microsoft 365. HTML hub: https://www.synchronised.be/docs.html. Product app: https://www.synchronised.app.

## Getting started
Create your tenant workspace and connect your first Microsoft 365 mailboxes.

1. Create an account at https://www.synchronised.app to start a new organisation (tenant).
2. You need admin access to the Microsoft 365 mailboxes you want to connect.
3. Use the connection wizard to link your tenant and select mailboxes.
4. Synchronised discovers available mailboxes and prepares them for rules and automation.

## Connect mailboxes
Link Microsoft 365 shared and user mailboxes securely to your tenant workspace.

1. In your workspace, open **Connections** and follow the Microsoft 365 connection flow.
2. Authenticate with your tenant and grant permissions required to read and orchestrate mail.
3. Select shared inboxes (for example support@ or orders@) or individual user mailboxes.
4. Add more mailboxes at any time.

## Create rules and labels
Define conditions, apply labels, and configure what happens when mail matches.

Each rule has:
- **Conditions** | sender, subject, body, attachments, and more
- **Labels** | automatic categorisation when matched
- **Actions** | workflows triggered in connected tools

Start with high-volume patterns (invoices, support requests, lead replies). Test against recent mail before enabling across all connected mailboxes.

## Install connectors
Extend mail automation into CRM, ERP, ticketing, and messaging platforms.

1. Open the **Marketplace** in your workspace.
2. Install a connector and configure it in rule actions.
3. When a rule matches, Synchronised passes relevant mail data to the connected tool.

## Monitor and optimise
Use the dashboard to track rule activity, trends, and mailbox usage over time.

Refine noisy rules, expand automation where it saves the most time, and keep labels aligned with how your organisation actually processes mail.
