## What it is
Email orchestration: match incoming mail, apply labels, run connector actions in CRM, ERP, ticketing, or messaging.

## What it is not
Not enterprise process-mining or agentic-AI programmes. Not a replacement for Outlook. Not email marketing. Not for organisations off Microsoft 365 mail.

## How it works
1. Connect Microsoft 365 and pick mailboxes.
2. Define rules (sender, subject, body, attachments, related fields) and labels.
3. Install connectors and attach actions (notify, update records, open tickets, alerts).
4. Monitor a multi-mailbox dashboard and refine.

## Compared with other tools
- **Outlook rules** stay inside mail. Synchronised adds tenant-wide rules, labels, a dashboard, and external actions.
- **Power Automate / Zapier** are general automation platforms. Synchronised is mail-first for shared-inbox operations.
- **Enterprise AI mail platforms** typically target large organisations and longer implementations.
