How this work starts
A brief, then a system, not a catalogue
Custom work is scoped with you. We do not sell a menu of unnamed modules. We look at the process, the tools already in place, and what a first version should actually do.
On the tools you already run
ERP, CRM, mail, files, and the rest of the stack stay where they are. The custom system connects to them, rather than asking the company to move.
Built, then handed over
We agree what the first version may do. You keep the system. Further changes are explicit, the same way First Line only applies approved fixes.
When First Line is the better start
If the need is first-line support on ERP, CRM, Power BI, or SharePoint, First Line is already built. Custom work is for the cases that product does not cover.
Portal and Mail remain available when customers need a signed-in portal, or when Microsoft 365 mail has to orchestrate work in other tools.
