Microsoft 365 / Outlook
Connect shared and user mailboxes. This is the source of mail for every workflow.
Synchronised does not replace your CRM, ERP, or helpdesk. Connectors extend a matching rule into those systems as actions you choose.
A connector is an installable integration in the tenant workspace. After it is installed, you attach it to a rule as an action: when mail matches, Synchronised can notify, create or update a record, or otherwise run the configured step in the connected system.
Mail stays in Microsoft 365. The connector is the bridge to the rest of the stack. See the product model for rules, labels, and actions.
These are examples of systems the connector marketplace is built to cover. Availability for a given tenant can differ; if you need a system that is not listed, ask for it.
Connect shared and user mailboxes. This is the source of mail for every workflow.
Update CRM records when matching mail arrives, for teams already on Microsoft’s CRM.
Log replies, leads, or cases from mailbox rules into Salesforce objects you configure.
Keep HubSpot in step with inbound sales and support mail that matches your rules.
Notify a channel when a rule fires so the team does not live in a shared folder.
Same pattern as Teams: alert the channel that owns the mailbox outcome.
Open tickets from matching mail instead of copying threads by hand.
Send SMS alerts where a rule is configured for urgent operational mail.
Connect Zoho tools when they are the system of record for the team.
Push invoice or order-related mail outcomes toward SAP processes where configured.
The marketplace expands based on customer and partner demand. Use the contact form and choose “Custom integration” so we know the product and the mailbox workflow.
