Who we are

This website is operated by Synchronised. Questions: maximdekock@synchronised.be.

The product application at synchronised.app is a separate service. Mailbox and tenant data processed there follows that product’s own account and Microsoft 365 connection terms. This notice covers the public marketing site and the contact form on it.

What we collect on this website

Contact form

If you submit the form, we receive the name, email address, optional company name, topic, and message you provide. We use that information to reply to your request (demo, pricing, partnership, integration, or general enquiry). Messages are sent through our email provider so we can answer you.

Email

If you write to maximdekock@synchronised.be, we process the content of that correspondence to respond.

Analytics and session recording

This site loads Google Analytics (property G-2CWR8S3WER) and Microsoft Clarity (project y7upqp92r0). Those services may set cookies or similar identifiers and collect usage data such as pages viewed, device and browser information, approximate location derived from IP, and, for Clarity, anonymised session recordings of interactions with the page. We use this to understand whether the site is useful and where it fails, not to sell personal data.

Legal basis and retention

For visitors in the EEA and UK, we process contact-form data because you asked us to respond (legitimate interests in answering business enquiries, and/or steps toward a contract). We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up, then delete or minimise them in ordinary email practice.

Analytics cookies are not strictly required to read the site. If you do not want analytics, use your browser controls to block third-party scripts or cookies for this domain, or a tracker blocker.

Sharing

We share contact-form data with the email delivery provider used to send the message to us. Analytics data is processed by Google and Microsoft as described in their product documentation. We do not sell your contact details.

Your requests

You can ask what data we hold from a website enquiry, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing maximdekock@synchronised.be. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. In Belgium that is the Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données.

Children

This website is aimed at business users. We do not knowingly collect contact-form data from children.

Changes

If this notice changes in a material way, we will update the date at the top of this page.
