What we set up
- Portal: a customer portal with an AI chatbot that answers from your knowledge and the customer’s own account.
- Mail: email orchestration for Microsoft 365. Transparent rules, labels, and connector actions in CRM, ERP, ticketing, and messaging.
- First Line: a chat for internal systems. It answers why an invoice is missing or will not post, why the CRM and Power BI disagree, and where a SharePoint site should be connected. It can fix that, or show the steps.
